The manager of ACT Almost decided to stop with his team. He released a few old riders in his team and was dom searching to new talent. It cost ACT some money, but it's happy with the " new (french) Tom Boonen".
It's the almost 25 year old Ralph Couderc how signs by ACT. He hopes to be a great Cobbler with a outstanding sprint. Welcome RC.

Very similar to Algeron Dealy on team whalers but I would do as washo says.
Yeah, then at least if he maxes earlier he'll be a good leadout, and with a high average he can be an excellent sprinter, i'll try and follow his progress
Thanks for the advice. I go train him now on SP. Hopefully he has a high av, i can train him then always on CB. And he can be a good lead out for Lowik first!
I'm not sure i'd train him as a cobbler, despite his VG cobble. I think i might train him SP, FR, TQ as a solid sprinter, but its up to you
